Refunds and Returns Policy

The gnome/product pictured is the the exact item you will receive.

Returns
A faulty product must be returned, at the buyers expense, and a replacement will be provided. Evidence of the faulty product must be emailed within 7 days of receiving the product to info@gnomeporium.com.au and the return must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

A return will not be provided if a customer has had a change of mind.

Refunds
A refund will be provided in any instance where a product has been damaged in transit and can no longer be used (excludes gnomes). Evidence of the damaged product must be sent within 7 days of receiving the product to info@gnomeporium.com.au.
